There are different kinds of languages, race, religion even the way people express their feeling in this world. We talk about social psychology differences too. Let’s say, American people is easy going because the freedom of speech and act. Compare than in Arab or Middle East country. This 2 countries is the most powerful and influenced people around the world with their ideology and religion.
How come they are so diverse? Back to the bible and it will explain to you why if you believe with the bible. For atheist people, cultural diverse are wonderful thing and it is not boring. Are you agreeing? I agree because who does not want to see “rainbow” for everything. It is beautiful, different is beautiful. And how come the culture differences can affect the relationship? It is so easy because each people have different mind and culture. Problem and problem is always there. Only with good communication we can bridge our differences. What is the key to be able to do that? Thinking that we are human being and we need other people. We can stand alone. How we can do it? Learn how other culture is. Be open minded is the key.
Good relationship can be built by us easily. Communication is the way we can know exactly what other people wants to. Talk and speak up your mind and problem. Let other people listen it. Sometime, we get bad feedback, sometime not. They have to right to judge anything. The most important is keep communicate and open minded. Good people are people who want you to be a better person. And sometime they must judge you and hurt your feeling. But think positive, what the meaning of behind their word.
It is never easy to learn different culture. With compromise and good heart, we can do it.
